Ethics is about doing the right thing and doing right by your stakeholders. That has always been a leadership responsibility. AI changes how that responsibility shows up, and where it sits.

This session is for leaders making real decisions about AI who want clarity on what they are accountable for, even when they are not technical.

What we’ll cover

• How AI changes responsibility and decision-making, and where it does not

• Where ethical risk appears long before anyone labels it an “ethics issue”

• What leaders remain accountable for when tools, data, and delegation involve AI

• How to think clearly about impact across customers, employees, and society

This is not a compliance session. It is about judgement.

You’ll leave better equipped to recognise ethical responsibility in an AI-enabled organisation and to act on it with confidence, without overcorrecting or paralysing decision-making.

This is a live session. I do not teach last year’s AI.
