Custom GPTs are often sold as a shortcut to “AI that works exactly how you want”. Sometimes that’s true. Often it isn’t. When they fail, they fail quietly, creating fragility and risk you still own.

This session is for leaders who need to decide whether Custom GPTs are the right solution at all, and avoid building something that looks impressive but delivers little.

This is not a “build one live and call it done” session. It is about developing the judgement to decide whether you should build one at all, and how to do it properly if you do.

You will leave with a clear mental model, better questions to ask, and the confidence to challenge shallow or over-engineered uses of Custom GPTs in your organisation.
