Heather Baker comes at AI from a leadership perspective. She's spent 20+ years as a founder and business builder.
She built and sold a seven-figure international marketing agency, and then scaled another to £14m in revenue and 100+ staff, before founding The AI Edit.
Heather has direct experience leading the real-world rollout of AI inside businesses, including designing and delivering change management strategies, upskilling programmes, and AI tools and products.
