It is a bespoke, high-level session to help leaders understand the most important AI concepts; identify where AI is already affecting their organisation; and spot the real risks and opportunities.

Meet your facilitator

Heather Baker comes at AI from a leadership perspective. She's spent 20+ years as a founder and business builder.

She built and sold a seven-figure international marketing agency, and then scaled another to £14m in revenue and 100+ staff, before founding The AI Edit. 

Heather has direct experience leading the real-world rollout of AI inside businesses, including designing and delivering change management strategies, upskilling programmes, and AI tools and products.

Heather now works with leaders who want to think clearly about AI and make decisions they can stand behind.
