The first weeks go on foundations, so the early work is groundwork rather than leads. I've had two clients generate their first leads within a couple of weeks, but typically businesses are targeting their first leads within two months and running multiple channels by month six. Anyone promising leads next week is selling you a list.

Because most of what gets sold as marketing isn't lead gen. My approach covers every part of it in an order that works, and the coaching is structured to keep you on track. It is very common for lots of marketing activity to generate very few leads. The difference here is all about strategy. Everything we do is built with a view to bringing you more leads.

You can, and some businesses should. But a good lead gen person is hard to find (the right mix of skills is rare), expensive, and if they leave they take the knowledge with them. Here the capability stays in your business.

The work. Two calls a month with me, then implementing between them. If nobody has the time for that, this isn't the right thing. If you'd rather have it done for you, that's consulting.

We also add experiments into the process where we test hypotheses to see if we can get even better at lead gen.
