You'll build fluency across the six dimensions that matter - core AI concepts, AI tools, AI in your industry, macro AI context, AI ethics, and mindset - so you leave able to think clearly about AI (and act confidently). No technical background needed. If you can run a meeting, you can follow this.

Meet your trainer
Heather Baker has built, scaled, and sold businesses. She鈥檚 led AI transformations, built AI products, and has trained more than 1,400 leaders in AI. She holds an MBA from London Business School and an MA in Psychology from the University of Cape Town. Heather was named Ethical AI Leader of the Year 2025, and was shortlisted in the UK StartUp Awards for Education & Training Provider of the Year in 2026.
