Anyone can build a website and call themselves an AI trainer. There's no barrier to entry. No regulation. No quality standard. And right now, there are a lot of people teaching AI who learned it last month.

That's why we chose to get our AI Fluency for Leaders course CPD certified.

We didn't have to. There's no legal requirement. Most AI training providers don't bother. But we wanted an external, independent assessment of the quality of what we deliver. Not our own opinion of it. Someone else's.

CPD certification means the course has been reviewed by the CPD Certification Service against structured criteria. Learning objectives. Session design. Trainer credentials. Assessment methods. Measurable outcomes. It's not a rubber stamp. It's a process that forced rigour into every part of the course, and made it better for it.

Leaders attending the course can log CPD points towards their professional development. That matters. But honestly, that's not why we did it.

We did it because AI fluency is too important to be taught badly.

If you're a leader making decisions about AI in your business, the quality of the training you receive directly affects the quality of those decisions. A bad course doesn't just waste your time. It gives you false confidence. And false confidence in AI is expensive.

Our course covers six dimensions of AI fluency: concepts, tools, industry, macro, ethics, and mindset. Most AI training stops at the first two. We go further because fluency is not about knowing how to use a tool. It's about knowing how AI fits into your business, your decisions, and your strategy.

You can't generate leads with AI if you don't understand AI. You can't build competitive advantage with tools you don't trust yourself to evaluate. And you can't grow a business on a foundation you're not confident in.

AI fluency is that foundation. We think it deserves a quality standard.
