The first weeks go on foundations, so the early work is groundwork rather than leads. Most businesses are targeting their first leads within a couple of months and running multiple channels by month six. Anyone promising leads next week is selling you a list.

We also add experiments into the process where we test hypotheses to see if we can get even better at lead gen.
