I'm Heather
When a colleague suggested I check out ChatGPT in 2022, I said I didn't have time. He told me to make time.
That marked a turning point in my career. I began learning about large language models, testing them, attending courses, reading books, speaking to developers and experts, researching, assessing the risks and opportunities, and building a plan for how to integrate this technology into the business.
That experience fundamentally shaped how I think about AI.
